數(shù)字量信號連接應(yīng)注意的問題

變頻器的輸入信號中包括對運行/ 停止、正轉(zhuǎn)/ 反轉(zhuǎn)、點動等運行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行操作的數(shù)字量輸入信號（開關(guān)型指令信號），這些信號常來自PLC 的數(shù)字量輸出信號。PLC 通常利用其內(nèi)部的繼電器接點（繼電器輸出型P L C ）或具有開關(guān)特性的元器件（晶體管輸出型PLC）與變頻器相連，得到運行狀態(tài)指令，如圖1 和圖2 所示。在進(jìn)行數(shù)字量信號的連接時應(yīng)注意：

（1）使用繼電器輸出型P L C 與變頻器相連時，應(yīng)注意接觸不良常帶來變頻器誤動作，因此在實際接線中要注意連接可靠。

（2）使用晶體管輸出型P L C 與變頻器相連時，應(yīng)注意晶體管本身的電壓的高低、電流的大小等限制條件在其范圍內(nèi)，保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性。

（3）設(shè)計變頻器的輸入信號電路時，應(yīng)盡量避免采用繼電器等感性負(fù)載，因繼電器開閉產(chǎn)生的浪涌電流可能引起變頻器的誤動作。

（4）當(dāng)P L C 輸出的開關(guān)信號進(jìn)入變頻器時，有時會發(fā)生外部電源和變頻器控制電源之間的串?dāng)_，應(yīng)注意對P L C和變頻器分開接地，避免兩者使用共同的接地線。
